Commercial engagements

Pricing & Engagements

Start with one real import flow.
Scale to ongoing EUDR operations when needed.

MarketPass provides fixed-scope EUDR diagnostics and ongoing managed EUDR operations. Final scope is agreed before engagement based on supplier count, shipment volume, legal entities, commodities and supply-chain complexity.

Before we begin

A clear scope.
A practical engagement.

We qualify your import flow, supplier dependencies and operating workload before agreeing the engagement. Your proposal sets out the activities, covered entities and products, deliverables, workload limits and commercial terms.

Applicable taxes, payment arrangements and delivery timing are confirmed in the proposal before acceptance. Completing the diagnostic does not commit you to an ongoing service.

When you proceed from the paid €1,000 diagnostic to an annual managed-service engagement, the diagnostic fee is credited towards the agreed annual service fees. See how the service-fee credit works.

Commodity and product scope

Start with the relevant product flow.

MarketPass can assess relevant products across EUDR-covered commodity flows. Exact product applicability and operating scope are confirmed before engagement. See EUDR commodities and product scope.

Operational responsibility

Managed work. Accountable decisions.

MarketPass manages the agreed operational EUDR workflow. The importer/operator retains the regulatory responsibilities assigned to it under the EUDR. Where specialist legal interpretation is required, appropriate external counsel may be coordinated as part of the engagement.
