ENCODE INFO - FZCO is the contracting entity for MarketPass diagnostic and managed-service engagements. “We”, “us” and “our” in these terms refer to that entity. The MarketPass brand is not a separate contracting party.
Information and enquiries
The website describes MarketPass services and provides general operational information. Sending the readiness form or booking a call is an enquiry, not acceptance of a paid engagement. Neither action creates an obligation to purchase.
Diagnostic price and scope
The advertised EUDR Import Readiness Diagnostic is €1,000 for one legal entity, up to five product/SKU families, one representative import/purchasing flow and up to two supplier/manufacturer chains. Its deliverables include the written EUDR Import Readiness & Operations Report, evidence inventory, traceability/geolocation assessment, blockers, remediation plan with owners/actions and management readout. The actual importing entity, product families, representative flow, supplier chains, deliverables, timing, payment and applicable tax treatment are confirmed in the engagement proposal before acceptance.
Additional services, specialist work or a recurring managed operation require a separate agreement and quote. Website descriptions do not create an unlimited supplier-follow-up commitment or a guaranteed regulatory outcome.
Annual service and diagnostic credit
When you proceed from the paid €1,000 diagnostic to an annual managed-service engagement, the €1,000 diagnostic fee is credited towards your agreed annual managed-service fees. The credit and its invoice treatment are recorded in your proposal. It is a service-fee credit, not a cash-refund offer. The annual scope, price, payment schedule, applicable tax treatment, renewal and cancellation terms are agreed separately before acceptance. Completing a diagnostic does not require purchasing the annual service.
Partnership enquiries
A channel or referral enquiry does not create a partnership, referral-fee entitlement, exclusivity or authority to represent the other party. Customer-contact permissions, roles, confidentiality and any commercial arrangements require a separate agreement with ENCODE INFO - FZCO.

Acceptable use
